POSITION TITLE: Director-Marrketing/Web & Digital Strategy
POSITION LOCATION: Germantown, TN
Develops, plans, and executes overall web and digital marketing strategy to include website development, email marketing, mobile marketing, social networking and digital/online communities, search engine marketing, mobile app development and innovation. Works closely with cross-organizational stakeholders, including executive leadership, on strategic priorities, including direct involvement in setting strategic priorities and translating into actionable project plans. Develops, prioritizes, and oversees the execution of projects based on marketing insights, competitive intelligence, trends in online technology, and alignment with key organizational priorities.
Extensive practical experience and sound theoretical understanding of digital marketing, engagement analysis, social media analytics, web design, web content strategy, and information architecture.
Working knowledge of web server environments, SQL database management systems, and complex networks.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, e-mail, and social media.
Content marketing experience with increasing responsibility for designing and executing content management strategies that integrate marketing and operational strategies.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, MIS, or closely related field.
At least 10 years of experience in a related web/digital role.
